Retail Shop Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:

• Possesses Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Experience in management, operations with good leadership skills
• Good past sales records
• Good understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow management
• Preferably with art material knowledge
• Ability to build consensus and relationship among managers, partners and employees
• Committed with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• A team player with pleasant personality and excellent customer service
• Can-do attitude and strong organizational skills
• Relevant retail operations experience is preferred
• Able to work long working hours, 6 days work week including Sat, Sun & PH

• Manage the daily operations of a few retail outlets & art studio
• Develop and implement an effective training program for retail staff
• Train and guide the retail staffs to provide excellent customer service
• Develop, implement and review retail operational policies and procedures
• Drive for business growth and lead the team to achieve the monthly & annual sales target
• Initiate breakthrough ideas to add value to the operations and business
• Help promote company’s culture that encourages top performance and high morale
• Oversee budgeting, reporting & planning
• Work with senior stakeholders
• Work with the board of directors to determine values, mission and plan for short and long term goals
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
• Build alliances and partnership with other organizations
• Support workers in communication with the management team
• Train and develop the sales team and monitor their performance
• Assist HR with recruitment when necessary
• Any other duties as assigned
