Retail Staff (Christmas Casual) – Manawa Bay, Auckland
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Christmas Casuals to join our team at the AKL Factory Outlet, Manawa Bay store on a full-time seasonal contract, running from November to December 2024. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service during the busy holiday season
  • Assist with day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store upkeep
  • Help the team achieve daily sales targets
  • Create a positive and engaging experience for every customer

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service, with a proven record of success
  • Motivated, energetic, and passionate about achieving results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

Availability:
As this is a Christmas Casual position, you must be available to work during the holiday peak period, including weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility during November and December is essential to meet the demands of the season.

Working Hours:

  • Casual hours during the seasonal contract (November to December)
  • Availability during retail peak times is mandatory, especially during the Christmas period.
