The Opportunity
As a Wild Fork Retail Store Associate aka Sales Leader, you are enthusiastic and passionate about Customers and Wild Fork products. You are a Brand ambassador with an Entrepreneurial spirit. Your focus is to create and provide a memorable experience for all our guests. You will be trained to have the highest level of product knowledge to provide customers with recommendations on their favorite dish and protein.

Responsibilities:
- Educate consumers on the Wild Fork Brand and the Wild Fork Way processes.
- Become a product and culinary expert (Friendly Butcher & Personal Chef) by educating and giving full effort to provide great recipes and tips on how to pick products and cook.
- Provide a butcher friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way.
- White glove service throughout customer shopping journey and check-out process; deliver an experience to remember.
- Perform regular stock replenishment duties, product rotation, store standards, consistent presentable conditions, and housekeeping.
- Process customer e-commerce online orders (Pick & Pack) and oversee timely product hand out for deliveries.
- Must be able to work in an ambient and very cold environment (Freezer) – Push/Pull pallets and racks, receive, organize, process shipments, and perform monthly inventory/cycle counts.
- Ensure proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability,
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
