POSITION:

Our teams are looking for a Store Manager in one of our stores on a permanent contract, to be hired as soon as possible.

You will be responsible for :

  • Welcome, advise, recruit and develop customer loyalty through a personalized sales pitch and a thorough knowledge of the brand, its products and services
  • Set and manage KPIs in order to develop the store’s turnover
  • Ensure the proper execution of procedures and non-sales tasks in store as well as customer satisfaction
  • Support the implementation of new activities and services to develop the omnichannel within the store
  • Lead and coach the teams, set objectives and support the development of employees
  • Organize the point of sale and ensure the management of schedules
  • Become a true ambassador of the Brand

REQUIREMENTS:

You have at least 2 years of proven experience and expertise in sales and management.
Committed ambassador of the brand, the store manager ensures the achievement of sales objectives in compliance with procedures and standards of Petit Bateau, federates his team around the values of Petit Bateau and is responsible for the development of its employees.

He must have an impeccable know-how:

  • Have a sales pitch brand & products
  • Enhance the customer experience
  • Direct the results Procedures (stock) & non-sales tasks
  • Know the cash register procedures
  • Achieve premium merchandising
  • Have leadership skills
  • Be organized
  • Have a solid managerial base
