WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has a strong background in sales (retail experience is a plus).
• Preferably has management experience and enjoys leading a team.
• Has solid knowledge of computer hardware and smartphones.
• Is passionate about tech and stays up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Has experience or exposure to managed IT services (bonus but not essential).
• Works well in a fast-paced environment and can multitask effectively.
• Is highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Takes pride in being prepared and professional from the moment their shift starts.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Retail Store Manager, you’ll be the face of Creative IT in our Mullingar store, combining your love for tech with exceptional sales and leadership skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding the best products to meet their needs and offer expert advice.
• Drive sales in the shop to achieve monthly targets and maximize potential.
• Check in and out repairs, providing clear communication to customers about the status.
• Merchandise the retail area to attract customers and increase sales.
• Post engaging content (pictures and videos) on social media to promote new products and promotions.
• Respond to customer queries across multiple channels and follow up on sales leads.
• Manage the retail team, including rosters, training, and performance.
• Restock inventory and prepare the store for seasonal promotions.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure every customer leaves satisfied.
• Keep track of and follow up on leads to ensure no opportunity is missed.

You’ll play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the store’s sales and reputation by taking ownership of its daily operations and delivering exceptional service.
