At Vision Express, you’ll be part of one of the UK’s leading eyecare providers, selling premium eyewear brands like Ray-Ban, Oakley, and Prada, while developing your leadership skills. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a talented team at our Newbury store located on a busy high street with high footfall – offering great potential for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of 8 retail colleagues, supporting our optometrists.
- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
- Monitor and exceed sales targets, contributing to store performance.
- Provide outstanding customer service and handle complex customer issues.
- Support the professional development of your team through regular coaching and training.

Whilst prior optical retailing experience is desirable, it is not essential as full training will be provided. More important is that you can demonstrate the ability to lead a customer focussed team to deliver five star service and commercial success.
