We’re looking for a passionate Supervisor to join our team in Belfast as we prepare to open our brand-new store in March 2025. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fresh retail space from day one, helping to shape its success. Full flexibility, including weekends, is required.
Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in driving sales, motivating the team, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service. You’ll lead by example, sharing your passion for fashion and expert product knowledge to create a seamless shopping experience. As we launch this new store, you’ll be instrumental in building a strong team culture from the start.
