RETAIL SUPERVISOR | FULL-TIME ROLE

Role Overview: As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in managing the daily operations of the store, supporting the Store Manager, and leading a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for staff training, inventory management, and ensuring store standards are consistently met.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Store Manager in the daily operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any escalated issues professionally and promptly.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and merchandise is displayed to company standards.
• Support with inventory management, including stock ordering, receiving, and conducting regular stocktakes.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Handle cash management duties, including cash-up and banking procedures.
