OUR CLIENT IS A LEADER IN THE FASHION RETAIL MNC. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A RETAIL SUPERVISOR TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE CENTRAL.

Responsibility

• Ensure the efficient operation of the store.
• Offer tailored consultation and styling advice to customers.
• Inspire the team to meet store KPIs and execute key initiatives.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and keep the store orderly as per guidelines.
• Identify training needs and assist in coaching team members.
• Monitor team performance and provide feedback on customer service to management.
• Coordinate after-sales services and assist customers with repairs.
• Manage inventory, schedule rosters, and handle cashiering duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirement

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in retail sales
• Proven work experience in management level
• Good Customer Service
• Good Communication Skills
• Confident and outgoing
