RETAIL SUPERVISOR

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail outlet, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The Supervisor works closely with the Area Manager to achieve sales targets and maintain operational excellence.
This role reports to the Area Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide nutritional advice to customers, sell products to achieve store sales target
• Perform sales and cashiering duties
• Undertakes general housekeeping,maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the store
• Supervise, train, and mentor retail staff, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and customer service standards.
• Schedule and allocate tasks to team members to ensure adequate coverage and productivity.
• Coach and motivate staff to deliver a positive shopping experience for customers.

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks and coordinating replenishment efforts.Facilitate effective communication among team members, providing updates on sales targets, promotions, and operational changes.

• • Minimum “O” level
• Retail experience is a must
• Can work full time, 5 days in a week with a total of 44 hours
• English and Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage to liaise with counterparts
• Good customer service skills and pleasant personality
• Able to work retail hours and on weekends
• Able to start work within short notice
