The Retail Fulfilment Operations (RFO) team strives to provide operational excellence for best-in-class customer support. RFO turns fulfilment into a key value proposition for Apple’s direct customers, through detailed planning, execution and strategic programs. We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated candidate with supply chain operations experience and strong SAP, communications & analytical skills. You will have significant interaction with several internal groups such as Supply Demand Management & Execution, Logistics, Retail Market Development, merchandising, Apple Retail Stores and our counterparts in the US and in other regions.
DESCRIPTION
Support & execution of order change management processes inline with Apple’s strategy for online business, lead order backlog exceptions Manage Inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels in stores at all times Support operational queries from Retail Stores and partner organisations Customer focused with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude Practical and pro-active approach to problem solving, solution oriented Innovative, ability to learn complex system and process information, with a focus on simplification and automation Support key fulfilment projects from review of business requirements, development of test cases and completion of user acceptance testing. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project goals are achieved Strong analytical skills; should have the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data with meaningful insights Ability to quickly identify trends and recommend actions to drive positive business impact Good interpersonal & influencing skills Good communication and presentation skills Strong work ethic, perseverance and flexibility to react to the challenges of a fast-paced environment
Proficient in SAPExcel & Tableau experience or other data reporting / data visualisation tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in supply chain management / operations.
- Presentation skills & program/project management experience, a distinct advantage.
- Experience of SAP HANA an advantage
