RETAIL SYSTEMS COORDINATOR

We are on the lookout for a systems focused person who has experience working in pubs to join the IT team at Copper house in the role of Retail Systems Coordinator. You will be assisting with product and pricing set up for new and existing suppliers, liaising with OSM, Marketing and Operations teams, providing technical support to our pub teams across EPOS and OnTap/Web Ordering. We’re looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills who is a creative problem solver with an understanding of operational requirements in our pubs and an aptitude for technical research and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the IT Innovation and Project Manager, providing 2nd line support and coordination to the EPOS and On Tap helpdesk functions.
  • Assist with product and pricing setup for existing and new suppliers across procurement and EPOS software.
  • Regularly consult with OSM, Marketing and Operations teams to assist coordination of priorities and workflows.
  • Work with the EPOS Manager to review ticket trends and assist in the closure of tickets as per agreed SLAs.
  • Review & document On Tap/web ordering function “playbooks” for pub & hotel business acquisition and renovation, ensuring continuous improvement in process.
  • Regular reporting of status of ongoing projects to key stakeholders, via meetings, presentations, reports & briefings.
  • Assist with investigation of relevant incidents and vendor support escalations.
  • Provide backup cover to EPOS and On Tap helpdesk functions during periods of Holiday or absence.
  • Other duties as assigned commensurate with the role.
