Retail Sales Assistant

An exciting opportunity has occurred for a Retail Assistant to join our team in Kotara.
As an Retail Assistant with Johnny Bigg you are responsible for providing a shopping environment where our team delivers excellence in customer service. We are looking for people who truly care about our customer & are willing to go the extra mile for them.

The Retail Assistant will take ownership and assist in managing the store in order to achieve:

• Outstanding customer service & product knowledge with every single customer
• Sales budgets and other nominated Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
• Responsibility for recruitment, development, and performance
• Visual merchandising in your store
• Stock management
• Minimize shrinkage and maximize the profit contribution of the store
• This will be done whilst adhering to the companies trading policies and procedures.
• As a Retail Assistant, you will also always provide leadership to your team.

Applicants need to have had proven sales and management experience in a previous retail role
