THE OPPORTUNITY
Looking for a change from your existing role?
An exciting opportunity has become available for a Retail Team Member based in Busselton, WA. Reporting to the Store Manager and collaborating within a small Retail Team, this diverse position involves working in retail sales, customer pickup / yard hand and goods inwards.
This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday to Friday (7:30am to 4:30pm), no weekends or public holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Customer interaction and relationship building in person, email and over the phone
- Designing and selling of Stratco products
- Inbound telephone sales – processing and entering orders
- Providing yard hand and loading stock assistance
- Commitment to continual growth, learning and training
- Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required
- Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
