30812 – SERVICE STATIONS MAINTENANCE AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Enilive Austria is currently looking for a committed and motivated employee to join our RETAIL Technics department with immediate effect, as Field Service Southern Austria - Service Stations Maintenance and Project Management (m/f/d).

REQUIREMENTS PROFILE:

• Completed technical training (e.g. LAP in a technical profession, HTL degree - mechanical engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering; or studies at a technical university).
• Extensive practical work experience as Maintenance Coordinator or Facility Manager.
• Experience in public authority management is an advantage.
• Essential/relevant know-how of construction and maintenance of buildings (e.g. tank, construction, electrical engineering knowledge).
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to work.
• Excellent self-management and time management skills.
• Positive attitude, with very good communication skills.
• Fluency in German; knowledge of English is an advantage.
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel.

• Responsibility for all necessary construction and maintenance measures at Enilive service stations in the assigned area.
• Support and contact person for service station operators on site.
• Coordination of external suppliers and service providers in the implementation of all construction and maintenance measures and projects.
• Handling official processes (e.g. with trade and building authorities).
• Collaboration with external planning offices on construction projects.
• Compliance with the budget and all legal regulations, as well as company regulations and HSE agendas.
