Description:
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operation and activities, including but not limited to the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distribution of goods
- Using Analytical thinking & company reporting to identify opportunities within store, empowering the team to make creative and strategic results impacting decisions
- Coordinate, delegate, prioritize and meet warehouse deadlines and follow up on daily actives within the building
- Operate a 12-14 ft box truck to transport merchandise between the warehouse and retail store locations as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods while adhering to all safety and traffic regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
- Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff to ensure optimal performance and productivity
- Motivate a diverse, hourly workforce; lowering cost per unit while driving outstanding service.
- Strong supervisory and managerial skills to lead, guide, and fulfill the company objectives
- Assist in inventory planning and tracking of product
- Proactively contributes to crafting a team environment that is enjoyable, shares suggestions, ideas, and concerns while upholding Crocs Inc. values
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners (e.g.; sales, store operations, and planning) establishing and maintaining effective relationships
