Retention Systems Product Manager

ViaCon Polska, a member of the European ViaCon Group,
Leader on the Polish market in the production of steel culverts
made of corrugated sheet metal, looking for candidates for the position of:

IDEAL CANDIDATES SHOULD MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• education min. Technical or Sales bachelor’s degree
• ability to make decisions independently
• very good negotiation skills
• highly developed interpersonal skills (acquiring and maintaining business contacts)
• ability to read technical drawings and good spatial imagination
• ability to work under time pressure
• seniority in a similar position and experience in sales
• knowledge of English
• knowledge of ERP/CRM programs
• knowledge about engineering network products (tanks, oil and sand separators and pipes)

• active order acquisition

• sales service (preparation of quotation and offers, accepting and entering orders)
• monitoring of the market
• ongoing control of data validity in the system
• promoting products
• cooperation with design offices and investors
• building and maintaining good relationships with customers
