ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking an experienced Recruiter who is keen to utilise their candidate sourcing skills, build on their recruitment experience, hit the ground running and maximise their earning potential. This is an exciting and varied role, and the successful candidate will assume a range of responsibilities involving management of recruitment events and the end-to-end recruitment, placement and on-going support of business and technical consultants.
You will be working as part of the Career Transition Team, helping to support the growth of the programme by finding, recruiting and assessing suitable candidates to join the Programme. You will support the recruitment of experienced hires into both consulting and FTC role across the business. You must possess impeccable interpersonal and communication skills to be able to work effectively with both candidates from a wide variety of backgrounds and internal stakeholders across the business. We hold regular events for this programme, and the successful candidate must be able to organise and run these on a regular basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Relationship building with candidates throughout the candidate journey
  • Source suitable and relevant candidates from job boards for a variety of roles across Business and Technology
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of candidates for the variety of roles available
  • Review and assess applications
  • Meet and exceed individual recruitment targets
  • Conduct and assess telephone interviews
  • Understand the purpose of social media to source and engage with potential candidates
  • Run and lead events such as opening mornings or assessment centres
  • Provide basic feedback to candidates (both successful and unsuccessful)
  • Ensure candidates are provided with all information and support necessary to have a smooth on boarding experience
  • Follow up with successful candidates to maximise candidate conversion
