Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining financial integrity, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis to support business decisions.

- An Accounting qualification is preferred but not essential.
- We are seeking a proactive individual who can independently identify and resolve problems, then collaborate with the Finance Director to enhance processes and outputs.
- You will be comfortable using ERP Systems, have advanced excel skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end revenue recognition process, ensuring compliance with IFRS 15.
- Prepare journal entries and reconciliations related to revenue transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Credit Insurance requirements utilising Omnicom Credit Insurance platform.
- Provide variance analysis by client to identify trends and potential issues.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on revenue performance.
- Prepare monthly Inland Revenue returns.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate revenue processes.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor Debit WIP balances and prebills across clients.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies, including quarterly SBOX reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation
