Responsibilities:
A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Revenue Analyst to join the Revenue team at the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa.
As the Revenue Analyst, you will assist the Director of Revenue by providing yielding and pricing decisions for the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa. You will be responsible for aligning pricing and yielding with strategic lodging business needs to drive topline revenue across the resort.
This will include maximising leisure sales efficiencies across multiple sales channels to ensure a year round effective revenue generation plan is in place to support the delivery of planned financial results. Your responsibilities will also include, but will not be limited to:
Build lodging packages within hospitality systems including but not limited to rate codes and reports.
Generate system reports and analysis to identify opportunities for other departments to take action, such as Marketing and Operations Departments.
Generate monthly postfacto KPI Reports as a tool to determine success and future opportunities.
Communicate pricing and yielding updates with Reservations and Events Departments to ensure accurate pricing and availability quotes.
Generate, distribute and summarise daily, weekly and monthly reports including Pick Up & Pace Reports, Weekly Rooms Forecast, Revenue Snapshot and Monthly KPI Reports.
Coordinate pricing and yielding across distribution channels to reflect accurate pricing and parity across all sales platforms.
Manage system application rate code, rate calendars, yield controls and inventory adjustment controls in order to maximise topline revenue.
Ensure room type availability is balanced across all distribution channels to allow real time accommodation bookings.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Extensive knowledge of hospitality including lodging, golf, spa and dining.
- Previous experience within a revenue or reservations department.
- Excellent knowledge of property management and revenue management systems.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
- Relevant bachelors degree or above (desirable)
