We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Revenue Analyst to join our team in Cluj. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate revenue analysis and fostering strong cross-functional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain designated reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness for internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the internal CRM system to ensure the information is up-to-date and correct.
  • Act as a trusted team member offering guidance to other revenue analysts and support to the management team.
  • Maintain relationships with internal customers, connecting with business executives and partners.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of invoices and responses to client inquiries.
  • Work as a self-directed problem solver, focusing on execution, accountability, and ownership.
  • Identify trends in processes and propose efficiencies through improved workflows between internal departments.
  • Handle credit and cancellation requests, and prepare journal entries for monthly close.
  • Support SOX control compliance and testing on behalf of the team.
  • Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as directed by the management team.
  • Act as a buddy for new associates on the team, helping them integrate smoothly into the company culture.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • University degree.
  • Proven attention to detail and a track record of PC skills, especially in Excel.
  • Problem-solving and investigative orientation with demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service.
  • Ability to set goals and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Familiar with audit requirements and revenue recognition processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Schedule Details:

This role requires close collaboration with our US-based team, necessitating late shifts to align with their time zone. The working hours are as follows:

  • Onboarding (first 3 months): During the onboarding phase, you will be required to work a late shift from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Romanian Time).
  • Post-Onboarding: After the onboarding period, late shifts will be required for 3 days each month during the month-end closing, also from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Romanian Time).

Late hours will be compensated accordingly to reflect the additional effort.
