We are seeking an experienced Revenue Enablement Associate to partner closely with our Sales, Product Marketing Specialist to enhance the productivity of our sales team at Silent Eight.
By working closely with our Sales and Product Marketing Specialist & the broader Marketing team, the Revenue Enablement Associate is responsible for boosting the productivity of our sales team at Silent Eight by ensuring new sales team members are onboarded quickly and efficiently, equipped with quality sales content, and guided on when and how to use resources effectively. The ideal candidate is an expert in SalesForce and will track multiple performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and areas of success, organise engaging sales kick-offs, and minimise barriers during the sales cycle. This position is responsible for facilitating impactful sales training and coaching, and supports a solid long-term sales enablement strategy to drive overall sales success.
This is a remote position with flexibility to work across time zones and occasional travel for industry events or client engagements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales enablement in a B2B technology company.Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of the Financial Crime industry.
  • Familiarity with account-based strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Enablement:
  • Sales Tools Management: Take ownership of the tools used by the sales team, including providing comprehensive training to drive adoption of new tools and enhance the effective use of existing ones. Regularly assess and evaluate tools for their value, efficiency, and alignment with business needs.
  • Training and Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new sales team members by coordinating training sessions, creating training materials, managing training schedules, and co-organising SKO’s.
  • Resource Development and Management: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales & Marketing to co-create, manage, and maintain sales enablement content, such as playbooks, training materials, product guides, and customer-facing collateral.
  • Identify knowledge gaps in external product communication through collaboration with cross functional teams.
  • Data and Insights: Collaborate with sales, product marketing and marketing to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies.
  • Process Optimization: Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the sales process and propose solutions to streamline workflows.Support: Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and responding to ad hoc requests.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Work closely with finance on Revenue performance and forecasting
  • Maintenance of Salesforce, reporting and team training on use of our CRM (Salesforce)
