WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Revenue Enablement Manager will be responsible for equipping our sales team with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively sell Puzzel’s solutions. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and drive sales performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy.
- Create and manage sales training programs, including onboarding for new hires.
- Design and distribute revenue enablement materials such as playbooks, presentations, and competitive analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure sales materials are aligned with current campaigns and messaging.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to the sales team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue enablement.
- Develop and deliver learning and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Assess training needs and create customized learning paths for individual team members.
- Implement continuous learning initiatives to ensure the sales team remains knowledgeable about new products, services, and market trends.
