INTRODUCTION

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Revenue Enablement Specialist to support our sales teams in achieving their targets by adopting our systems and processes, and improving their efficiency and for a seamless customer journey. This role will play a pivotal role in ensuring success in pipeline generation and efficiency, and ensuring the creation of well crafted and thoughtful enablement material.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years experience in a SaaS company with a background in sales, operations, or equivalent position.
  • Proven track record in successfully creating and running training programs and utilizing Learning Management Systems such as 360 Learning. Experience with Notion is an asset.
  • Experience with using and configuring various sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Chilipiper, Avoma, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Proficient in Outreach or Salesloft sequencing tools. Outreach Certified Administrator is an asset.
  • Experience with addressing top of funnel challenges and outbound cycles, with a proven track record of optimizing outbound motions.
  • Experience with project management and agile best practices to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a focus on clear and concise communication style.
  • Solid understanding of Sales lifecycles and Customer journeys.
  • Data-driven mindset and solid analytical skills tools (data tracking, analysis, and generating insights).
  • Strong organizational skills, accountability, and collaboration facilities.
  • Persistent and enthusiastic.
  • Curious, driven, and a constant learner.
