As we expand our presence to over 100 advertisers across various verticals, our primary challenge lies in aligning allocated budgets with our inventory capabilities. In your role as the Revenue Growth Lead, your mission will be to ensure that advertiser budgets are fully utilized by effectively connecting them with OEM inventories and strategically enhancing our delivery capabilities. You will collaborate closely with team leads and senior stakeholders across our client-facing and OEM-facing functions, playing a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for our accounts portfolio.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in data analysis, revenue growth, and has a strategic business mind.

What are the main performance objectives in this role?

  • Revenue optimization and Growth: Maximize revenue by identifying and solving key business problems.
  • Analyze revenue streams and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to increase delivery efficiency and reduce revenue leakage.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive revenue growth, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
  • Technical problem solving and Troubleshooting: Address and resolve technical issues that impact revenue delivery.
  • Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and fix delivery issues.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on technical troubleshooting processes and solutions.
  • Business delivery improvement across functions: Enhance overall business delivery through strategic initiatives and deep problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (both on demand and supply sides) to improve delivery processes.
  • Conduct detailed analyses to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
  • Provide senior-level insights and recommendations to improve business operations and drive revenue growth
