CONTEXT:
We are looking for a highly motivated intern to join the L’Occitane Global Revenue & Intelligence team. The Global Revenue & Intelligence team acts as an internal strategy consulting team whose mission is to maxime and optimize the brand’s revenue through global strategic initiatives.
There are 4 pillars within the L’Occitane Global Revenue & Intelligence team, each bringing expertise on a specific topic:
- CMI (Customer Marketing Insights),
- Customer value (Distribution Performance & Client),
- Core Revenue Growth Management (Pricing and Promotion, Category Management),
- Digital Performance.
The Revenue Growth Management internship will mainly focus on the Customer Value and Core Revenue Growth Management pillars. This involves becoming an integral part of the pricing and category management strategy for the next fiscal year and supporting the launch of new distribution performance initiatives.
The position reports to the Global Head of Customer Value.
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- Bachelor or Master student looking for an end-of-studies internship or gap-year internship (an internship agreement provided by your school is mandatory)
- Previous professional experience in Data Analytics
- Fluent in English
- Ideally Tableau or PowerBI previous experience, advanced Excel skills with knowledge of data analysis functions and techniques (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
- Attention to detail: ability to maintain high standards of data quality and accuracy
- Analytical problem-solving: strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify and summarize key insights
- Proactiveness and working autonomously
- Excellent organization and project management, ability to adapt and demonstrate entrepreneurship
STARTING DATE: January 2025 for 6 months (full-time position)
