We are seeking a driven, analytical, and strategic professional to optimise revenue streams across multiple properties and support the organisations growth in a competitive market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience: 3+ years in a revenue management role within the hospitality or related sector, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, forecasting, and revenue management software.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear strategies.
- Knowledge of Dublin Market: In-depth understanding of the Dublin hospitality landscape and consumer trends.
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Revenue Manager, you will be a key player in driving profitable revenue and improving overall yield across our client’s portfolio. This role involves analysing market trends, developing pricing strategies, and implementing revenue management initiatives to ensure maximised occupancy and revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of the Dublin hospitality market.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Revenue Optimisation: Develop and execute revenue strategies to achieve optimal room rates, occupancy, and revenue.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of market trends, competitor strategies, and demand forecasts to inform pricing.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytic tools to monitor performance and adjust strategies in real time.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue goals with broader business objectives.
- Reporting: Generate and present reports on revenue performance, providing actionable insights to senior management.
