Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an analytical and strategic Revenue Manager to oversee pricing, forecasting, and revenue optimization at Four Seasons Resort and Residences. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will play a critical role in maximizing profitability and ensuring a competitive market position.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize pricing, occupancy, and overall revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to make informed pricing decisions.
- Monitor and adjust inventory distribution across all channels to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
- Prepare regular revenue reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure effective use of revenue management systems and data analytics tools.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Maintain compliance with brand standards and local market regulations.
