Your tasks

  • Responsible for revenue optimization on our digital portfolio, with a strong focus on our co-seller partnerships
  • Rate & discount guidance for product & sales considering revenue optimization, margins & supply
  • Generate valuable insights via regular reports & analysis on revenue & margin development in different granularity and on multiple revenue streams. Suggest actions to increase margin and revenue on the basis of your findings
  • Contribute to pricing strategy and rate card development
  • Monitoring the development of specific buy-side spends whilst also considering costs of revenue following individual agreements

Your profile

  • 1-3 years in digital advertising environments
  • Ideally background at an advertising sales house, media agency or digital publisher
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment with cross department teamwork
  • Strong analytical mindset and, ideally, experience in appropriate tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, paired with implementation skills and the necessary touch of pragmatism
  • Solution-oriented team player, striving for continuous improvement
  • Very good knowledge in the common MS Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English. Any other language (German, Dutch, French, Italian etc.) could be an asset
  • This open position could be located (depending on the candidates) in Hamburg, Munich, Cologne, Amsterdam, Paris, London, Milan or Stockholm

Your team
The small revenue management team aims to optimise our product & sales proposal and maximise profits from the available inventory. We provide insights, guidance, tools, frameworks & analyses and recommend / initialize proper actions to sell the right product to the right customer at the right time for the right price. Therefore, we build, manage and nurture multiple touchpoints from all over the organization (Sales, Operations, Product, supply, strategy & finance). Additionally, we are responsible to manage & grow dedicated partner revenue streams.
You will develop and use methodologies to optimize the margin we generate from our sales activities. The team will consist of 2 people, as part of the Product & Revenue Development department (14 people). You work in close partnership with Sales, Product, Finance, Supply, IT, etc. Our team is based all over Europe. We meet at regular events, hence there will be some traveling involved.
