Currently, we are seeking a highly analytical, business-driven, and product-oriented Revenue Manager / Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Revenue Planning & Analytics team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel under pressure, thrive in complexity, and are ready for a highly demanding challenge in a fast-paced environment. As a Revenue Manager / Senior Revenue Analyst, you will:

  • Revenue Optimization: utilize data-driven insights to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Performance Monitoring: continuously track and analyze both financial and non-financial KPIs to identify trends, performance issues, and growth opportunities.
  • Problem Solving: conduct analytical deep-dives and develop hypotheses to resolve identified issues.
  • Escalation Management: lead end-to-end escalation processes for revenue-related concerns, ensuring swift and effective execution.
  • Strategic Planning: prepare detailed revenue forecasts and budgets, collaborating with Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Process Improvement: implement enhancements to revenue management processes, incorporating new tools and techniques for improved efficiency.

✏️ Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced SQL (e.g., Teradata, Hive, BigQuery) – essential
  • Daily use of AI tools – mandatory
  • Expertise in data analytics and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, MS Excel, Gsheet)
  • Proficiency in Python – a plus
  • Experience:
  • Proven background in revenue management, financial analysis, growth hacking, or product analysis, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data to enhance revenue and drive business decisions.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Familiarity with external data sources like Google Trends, SimilarWeb, or Statista is a plus.
  • Prepared to tackle a challenging environment with high performance expectations.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and assertiveness in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Growth mindset with a focus on performance, continuous learning, and process improvement.
  • Ability to push initiatives through others, working effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Language Proficiency:
  • Fluent English (both written and verbal) is mandatory for effective communication with senior management and cross-functional teams.

  • Prague or Warsaw office

  • We work in a hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remotely.
