Your mission
- Business partnering: support managers across different GTM teams in running the business
- Annual Planning: support annual GTM planning. Ensure we have accurate data in line with our strategy and help identify the best accounts to focus on to maximise the company’s success. Drive core processes such as territory planning and quota calculation. Instill data-driven excellence in our decision making and clean execution along each planning step.
- Running the business: support regular cadences such as forecast calls, demand generation reviews, functional interlocks and QBRs. Be on top of business performance and identify opportunities and areas of concern early, trigger course corrections as needed. Manage commission calculations in close collaboration with Finance and HR.
- Systems, Data and Business Intelligence: act as a thought partner, power user and early tester of the amazing things our Data & Business Intelligence team builds. Support in collating business requirements from users. Leverage data to deeply understand our business dynamics, identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities.
- Business Excellence: Continuously strive for excellence, automation and insight in everything we do in the GTM space. Identify improvement opportunities, design the future state and implement it in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Your profile
Must-haves
- 3+ years of relevant experience in an analyst role, consulting, revenue operations/sales operations, strategy or similar
- Bachelor degree in business or technology
- Strong analytical skills (Google Sheets or Excel and SQL are a must) with the ability to derive business insights and actions from data, distilling messy/complex data into a succinct, actionable core message
- Proactive mindset to constantly be on the lookout how to improve things e.g. through automation, better processes or smarter use of data
- Ability to manage projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and cleanly run processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly to senior stakeholders. Ability to design compelling slides
- Valid work-permit for the EU
Bonus points for
- Experience in the B2B SaaS industry or in supply chain management
- Experience with other reporting/data modeling software such as Tableau/Looker/Power BI
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Experience in running sales ops activities such as forecasting and annual planning

In line with Austrian law, we are required to state the minimum salary as per the collective agreement, which is EUR 2,923 per month. However, the actual salary will be adjusted based on your qualifications, experience, and the specific role.
