Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Reporting to the Manager, Revenue Operations, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing our GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy. You’ll be a go-to expert for managing and optimizing our HubSpot platform, leveraging data to deliver actionable insights, and guiding strategic decisions that drive business growth. By collaborating closely with sales, customer experience, and marketing teams, you’ll ensure our processes are efficient, data-driven, and aligned with our long-term vision.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support and optimize the HubSpot platform, continuously improving its functionality to better serve our GTM team and support our strategic business goals.
- Develop and deliver insightful reports via HubSpot, Power BI, and Excel, transforming data into actionable recommendations that inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems, driving data hygiene best practices to maintain a high standard of data quality.
- Partner with sales, customer experience, and marketing teams to align processes, enhance collaboration, and maximize the effectiveness of our HubSpot capabilities.
- Play a key role in preparing for the 2025 ERP implementation, guiding data integration, process optimization, and system readiness to support the business’s growth.
- Analyze key revenue metrics, providing insights that not only track performance but also shape future GTM strategies and business decisions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, working to streamline operations and drive efficiency throughout the organization.
- Act as a strategic liaison between the RevOps team and other departments, ensuring alignment and a unified approach to achieving business objectives.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and projects that support Planitar’s growth and long-term success.
- Support with the management and implementation of other tools that our GTM teams use, such as Vidyard, Gong, and more.
