Description:

REVENUE (SALES) OPERATIONS ANALYST

FullBloom is actively seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Revenue Operations Analyst, for our growing K-12 solutions organization. Reporting directly to our Director, Revenue Operations, the successful candidate will assist the sales team and organization in managing key processes, applications, and initiatives related to FullBloom’s revenue and growth efforts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Previous sales operations/enablement experience desired
  • Must be technically savvy, with past CRM experience as a user or support highly desired
  • Proficiency in Microsoft’s suite of most used applications
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable collaborating with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle complex, difficult, confidential or sensitive issues
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and prioritize workload accordingly
    This is a remote (work-from-home) position supporting a geographically distributed team.

Responsibilities:

Data Management & Quality

  • Own the data management/hygiene in FullBloom’s CRM (Dynamics) and associated applications
  • Track CRM usage and adoption
  • Support sales forecasts, revenue projections, and strategic planning by providing accurate and timely sales data
