Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE - WHAT’S YOUR PURPOSE?

Signal AI, the A.I.-powered platform for corporate reputation and risk intelligence, is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this key role, you will collaborate with both the marketing and sales teams to support initiatives, manage system-related BAU tasks and answer ad hoc support enquiries from the commercial team. You’ll work closely with the marketing team to optimise lead management processes, oversee and enhance marketing automation tools like Pardot and Qualified, and analyse campaign performance to ensure smooth operations and effective marketing strategies. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to translate marketing and sales needs into practical technical solutions.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Please note that this is a global role which involves supporting our U.S colleagues and the roles hours will be 12pm - 8pm.

You’ll work with the commercial teams to:

  • Maintaining our marketing tools (Pardot, Qualified, Salesforce)
  • Enhance and manage the lead management process, including configuring and refining the lead scoring model and optimising lead routing using Ringlead.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity by managing data enrichment tools like Cognism and ZoomInfo to improve our Salesforce data.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute and manage marketing campaigns within Salesforce
  • Maintain and improve reporting on demand gen activities
  • Assist Sales with Territory MappingSupport deal desk function globally during crunch time (end of month)
