Our Revenue and Business Operations Lead is accountable for driving revenue growth by fostering collaboration and alignment between teams, optimising processes, tools and systems - and enhancing revenue streams. Your purpose is to partner with our customer-facing teams so they can engage seamlessly with our customers.
Your mission is to drive revenue process optimisation right across the customer journey (from lead generation to customer support and retention), ensure the seamless execution of strategic initiatives and maintain business-critical operations. You will do this while empowering our customer-facing teams with the go to market tools, insights, and best practices needed to achieve their targets.
As the Team Lead, you are also responsible for providing leadership, setting strategic direction, and overseeing the overall operations of your team. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Business Operations and Performance, EverWell leaders and their teams.
