In pursuit of this mission, our Go To Market (GTM) team is responsible for helping customers learn how to leverage and deploy our highly capable AI products across their business. The team is made of Sales, Solutions, Support, Marketing, and Partnership professionals that work together to create valuable solutions that will help bring AI to as many users as possible.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Go To Market team has a unique mission to help customers understand the deep impact that highly capable AI models can bring to their business and users. We are seeking an operations leader to help drive the strategy and execution of our go-to-market efforts in the enterprise.
The Revenue Operations team plays a critical role in building the infrastructure and processes to optimize operational efficiency and generate data-driven insights for strategic decision-making. This role will work cross-functionally with GTM leadership, GTM systems, Enablement, Product, Finance, and Data teams to identify and drive efficiencies that enhance the success of both our customers and the organization.
This role is based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL:
- Build & lead a team of strategic business partners to our GTM leadership team
- Play a critical role in determining GTM segmentation and org design
- Partner closely with strategic finance to forecast our business, determine capacity plans, and set targets across GTM
- Build and run an effective sales forecasting process
- Responsible for building the strategy, database hygiene and execution/management of territories across all customer-facing roles
- Responsible for designing optimized sales processes, partnering with technical teams to implement, and partnering with enablement to drive adoption and accountability
- Responsible for defining KPIs, designing dashboards and operating cadences, and driving ongoing, proactive insights on the health of the business, informing strategic focus areas
- Drive key initiatives that aim to drive operational efficiency
YOU MIGHT THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
- Extensive experience in revenue operations or strategy at a high-growth, technology company
- Proficiency with GTM systems, namely SFDC, Gong
- Experience managing a large team of 15+ operational team members
- Highly analytical
- Exceptional project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Deep experience designing & executing on a territory strategy for 100+ GTM orgs
- Strong communication skills and executive presence
- An understanding of the AI landscape, our applications, and the problems they solve for our customers.
- The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
