You will be responsible for maintaining our CRM platform (Salesforce), gathering and analyzing sales data, and supporting the sales team with insights that enhance productivity and performance. We’re looking for a proactive individual who can work cross-functionally to enhance our revenue operations and is comfortable with both technical CRM management, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
You’ll report to the Revenue Operations Manager as part of the Revenue Operations and Marketing team, partnering closely with our Marketing Automation Specialist and working with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into non-technical terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.

Responsibilities:

  • CRM Administration: Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security. Handle user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and other administrative tasks to support an optimized CRM environment.
  • Data Management: Organize, and maintain sales data within Salesforce and other integrated tools to ensure accurate reporting and analysis. Proactively identify and address data quality issues.
  • Sales Performance Reporting: Design and build reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and support data-driven decision-making. Analyze data to identify sales trends, uncover areas for improvement, and report findings to leadership.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales productivity and efficiency. Propose solutions that streamline workflows within the CRM and other sales tools.
  • Sales Tool Management: Oversee the integration and usage of sales tools such as LeanData, Outreach, and Chilli Piper, ensuring effective adoption and ROI from our sales tech stack.
  • User Support & Training: Provide ongoing support and training to sales team members on best practices within Salesforce and other sales tools. Address user inquiries and support tickets promptly.
  • Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations to support user training, workflows, and process improvements to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Platform & Release Management: Participate in the development and execution of the Salesforce product roadmap, including sandbox management, release planning, and communication of updates to end-users and stakeholders.
