Responsibilities:
As a RevOps Tech Stack Manager, you will be responsible for strategically designing, overseeing, and enhancing our Salesforce and RevOps technology stack to drive scalable growth and revenue generation. You will work closely with the GTM team to capture business requirements and design integrated technology solutions that align with our long-term strategic goals. You will collaborate with our channel, sales, marketing, and client success teams to provide tech stack solutions for seamless integration, automation, and efficiency across departments.
A day in the life of this position includes:
- Analyzing and translating strategic business needs into comprehensive technology solutions, including procurement, configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Architecting the strategic plan for Salesforce, analyzing current configurations, planning improvements and optimizations to fit current and emerging business needs, and implementing the plan.
- Overseeing tech stack optimization and improving the integration quality between systems, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Leading the growth of the tech stack function – as FlexPay continues to scale, you will be instrumental in expanding the RevOps function, anticipating future needs, and implementing process and tech tools as needed.
- Strategizing and coordinating the rollout of new features and functionalities, including comprehensive user adoption strategies and enablement documentation.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of strategic configurations, customizations, workflows, and processes within Salesforce and the tech stack.
- Implement and lead data governance within Salesforce and across interdependent platforms, ensuring data quality and accuracy through strategic processes (e.g., defining data models, validation rules, data monitoring tools, dashboards).
- Develop and own the Salesforce data dictionary with strategic definitions on data sources to support the GTM team in reporting and analytics creation.
