REVENUE SYSTEMS MANAGER

Our Revenue Operations team is looking for a Revenue Systems Manager with some experience in the SaaS B2B space. In this role, you will work with different commercial teams to help plan and manage our Salesforce and other GTM tools. You will assist in solving important business problems using our current tech stack, help identify new tools and ensure the tech stack can scale as needed. You will play a key role in fostering a data-driven culture in our GTM and enhancing our data management processes. The salary band for this role is 4000 - 5000€, negotiable based on your previous experience.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Systems or equivalent field
  • Some experience in a similar role in a SaaS company
  • Mastery of system administration (Salesforce). Experience in other systems (Outreach, HubSpot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, CPQ/Billing, Planhat etc.) is beneficial.
  • Ability to create clear/simple documentation - process guides & diagrams
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bonus skills
  • Coding (Apex, SQL etc..)
  • Advanced BI experience
  • GTM or Operations experience

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the GTM technology stack, including Salesforce, Outreach, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Nue and Planhat. Evaluate redundancy, identify gaps and build a scalable long-term ecosystem.
  • Implement Systems and process improvements including automations or integrations in collaboration with different functions throughout the business.
  • Develop our data management strategy, governance and processes. Ensure data accuracy; perform de-duplication and regular updates.
  • Build and improve support processes for the GTM technology stack. Manage system support, users and access.
  • Conduct training session for new employees and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes and the technoloy stack.
