The Opportunity
An opportunity exists to join our UK logistics team as a Reverse Logistics Coordinator. Reporting to the EMEA Reverse Logistics Manager, you will be a key part of our global RMA process and play a crucial role in helping Cochlear recipients across the UK hear now and always.
Your responsibilities include:
- Receiving incoming repairs
- Working closely with Customer Service Teams throughout the RMA process
- Preparing devices for shipping to the Global repair center
- Supporting the global complaints and explants process
- Preparing customs invoices for cross-border shipping
- Investigating customer queries
- Contributing to continuous systems and process improvement

- Demonstrates a strong background in administration in a regulated global business
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Able to prioritise daily tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast moving environment
- Experience with computer systems & Microsoft Office applications
- Oracle service user experience or similar ERP system (preferred)
- Experience in composing business communications (preferred)
- Awareness of process improvement tools (preferred)
