The Opportunity
An opportunity exists to join our UK logistics team as a Reverse Logistics Coordinator. Reporting to the EMEA Reverse Logistics Manager, you will be a key part of our global RMA process and play a crucial role in helping Cochlear recipients across the UK hear now and always.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Receiving incoming repairs
  • Working closely with Customer Service Teams throughout the RMA process
  • Preparing devices for shipping to the Global repair center
  • Supporting the global complaints and explants process
  • Preparing customs invoices for cross-border shipping
  • Investigating customer queries
  • Contributing to continuous systems and process improvement

  • Demonstrates a strong background in administration in a regulated global business
  • Ability to work in a team and autonomously
  • Able to prioritise daily tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast moving environment
  • Experience with computer systems & Microsoft Office applications
  • Oracle service user experience or similar ERP system (preferred)
  • Experience in composing business communications (preferred)
  • Awareness of process improvement tools (preferred)
