Description:

Are you ready to shape the future of RevOps at Contractbook? Join us as our new RevOps Associate, where you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing and managing our revenue processes, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. This position will involve significant responsibilities in planning and analysis, as well as in reporting, data analysis, and process improvement. You’ll manage CRM workflows, oversee key tools, and support strategic initiatives across the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with departments and support business planning: Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive key initiatives.
  • Optimize CRM processes: Refine and document workflows, develop playbooks, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Manage key tools: Oversee the setup and upkeep of HubSpot, Aircall, Clearbit, Sales Navigator, and more.
  • Handle data management: Manage data processes and support technical infrastructure.
  • Drive growth hacking: Implement and run automated outbound plays using tools like Clay or similar.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators - including Sales, Marketing and CX metrics

Key Focus Areas:

  • Sales: Territory planning, outbound campaigns, intent signals, routing, and reporting.
  • Marketing: Lead scoring, attribution setup, conversion tracking, and CRM data cleanups.
  • Customer Experience: Manage customer lifecycle, develop playbooks, and drive reporting.
