DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Le Directeur des Opérations de Revenu (RevOps) est chargé de diriger et d’optimiser les processus, systèmes et stratégies qui favorisent la croissance des revenus à travers l’organisation. Ce rôle implique de collaborer avec les équipes de vente, marketing, opérations et finance afin de garantir l’alignement et l’efficacité des activités génératrices de revenus. Le candidat idéal possède une solide expertise analytique, un esprit stratégique affûté et la capacité de diriger des projets et des équipes interfonctionnels.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- 5 years of experience minExpertise in using HubSpot
- Experience in setting up and managing email campaigns, lead scoring, and nurturing workflows.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Experience with data management and reporting.
- Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
- Ability to create and manage budgets related to revenue operations.
- Strong decision-making and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in fostering collaboration between sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams.
