Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the BI & Systems team to aggregate and harmonise data from various sources such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, sales platforms, customer support databases, and other relevant sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across these sources to maintain a single / distributed source of truth.
  • Connect the dots between the Insights and work with BI to translate it into technical needs.
  • Collaborate with Finance, to ensure the business is aligned on how it should measure performance and KPIs and metrics have the same definition.
  • Build and maintain an end-to-end funnel view of the business.
  • Analyse the integrated data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and trends in the revenue cycle.
  • Extract actionable insights and pro-actively inform sales, marketing, and customer experience.
  • Create a regular weather report to highlight trends, gaps, opportunities to the business.
  • Interpret insights into story stelling in a way the business can understand the data.
  • Regularly track and report on KPIs, highlighting areas that are over performing or underperforming.
  • Work closely with RevOps leaders to ensure alignment and collaboration on insights.
  • Present findings, insights, and recommendations to RevOps leads and other key stakeholders.
  • Support planning activity. Coordinate data hygiene initiatives and consolidate analysis.
  • Support field compensation process, participate in the creation of compensation incentives and be responsible for the day-to-day operations of these plans in the field.
