As a RevOps Tech Specialist, you will be responsible for the management and development of Salesforce, to ensure full utilization and customization of the platform to match and support business objectives (preferably using agile techniques and strategies). This role will review and analyze business processes, services and information needs with a view to implementing change management initiatives to improve the user experience and increase productivity.
You will be based out of our office in Bucharest, Romania or UK (London/Leicester). You will report to our Head of Revenue Operations (UK based).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (CSA) with a minimum of 2-4 years’ experience.
- CPQ Solution experience (considered a plus: DealHub CPQ).
- Systems integration experience (sales, marketing, etc. tools).
- Proficient Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experienced in data modelling, process mapping, and specification documentation.
- Considered a plus: Power BI, SQL.Superior studies: minimum Bachelors’ degree.
