An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Central Services People Team as a Reward Analyst to join us at Bettys & Taylors Group. As a Reward Analyst you will support the Reward team by collating and analysing data for our monthly reporting requirements, annual reward processes and reward based projects. You will also provide administrative support and co-ordination of reward based activities as needed.
The Reward Team is responsible for managing activity around pay and benefits, such as Annual Pay Review, salary benchmarking, pay gap reporting, benefit administration & renewals, pensions and reward based wellbeing initiatives .
The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills with experience of working with large amounts of data along with a high level of capability in Microsoft Excel. You will have excellent numeracy skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to present information in a clear, understandable way. You will be proactive and have a passion for data, insight and continuous improvement. While previous experience of working in an HR or Reward Team would be helpful, it is not essential for the role.
