We have an exciting opportunity to join our new-look Reward team as Reward Analyst reporting to our Reward Leader. This role will be at the heart of this change that will truly make a difference for the future of Reward at Lion. This is a permanent role based out of our York Street Office with hybrid flexible working arrangements available.
A day in the life…
- Administer benefits programs and serve as the primary contact for team member queries.
- Support remuneration activities, including annual reviews and incentive programs, and develop supporting communications.
- Provide advice on job evaluation and remuneration while researching trends and legislative changes to update the reward framework.
- Participate in developing remuneration policies and benefits design and assist in external remuneration surveys.
- Liaise with external vendors and partners to support benefits and reward programs and handle ad hoc data requests and special projects.
What you will need from day one…
- 2-3 years Human Resources or Reward experience in a complex organization or consulting firm
- Experience in job evaluation methodology (Korn Ferry Hay, Mercer)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications especially MS Excel
