Responsibilities:

We have an opportunity for a Reward and Benefits Analyst to join our team in Basingstoke.
This is a full time permanent role with a mix of home and office working.
The starting salary is £36,000 - £44,000 depending on experience.

THE ROLE:

Our Reward Team design and manage the pay, incentives, benefits and recognition programmes within SNG working to attract, retain and reward our colleagues for the amazing job that they do.
As a Reward and Benefits Analyst you’ll be using your data skills to administer the benefits and recognition systems. This will include data entry, processing and cross checking across our different systems. You will also support the Reward Specialist with analysing and presenting reward data.
You’ll be the first line of support to our managers and colleagues for their Reward queries, managing the inbox and being part of the team at internal events and training sessions. This is a diverse role where you will be contributing to the development and success of Reward within SNG.

What we are looking for:

  • A love of data and an intermediate knowledge of excel
  • Experience working in HR, Reward or a Data or Systems role in a busy environment
  • The ability to use and manage multiple systems
  • Great communication skills and a commitment to high quality customer service
  • The ability to take a problem and work it through to a solution
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills as we work to different timelines and deadlines.

You don’t need previous experience in Reward, but we are looking for someone who has an interest in developing within this area.
