Description:

The purpose of the HR Team at Grosvenor is to make business success inevitable through our people; creating a high performance and inclusive culture that great people want to be part of. With that in mind we work together as a group to make that happen through all people related activity ranging from strategy, resourcing, remuneration, people development/engagement, as well as driving performance and organisational culture change.
All roles in our team are critical to help us deliver our goals and this position is no exception. Reporting to the HR Operations Director this role will have responsibility for ensuring that our reward and benefits strategy and processes are effectively and efficiently delivered and that our people are rewarded fairly, in line with market requirements and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Business Partnering (Group Team): Support the HR Director and HR Business Partners to deliver appropriate reward and benefits policies and programmes in line with business goals and objectives.
Annual Events (Group Team): Assist with mid-year and annual performance rating processes, managing the timetable, communications and conducting the relevant analysis. Drafting of calibration packs and RemCom Performance paper.
Salary Review (Group): Assist with HRIS system requirements, production of relevant models, drafting communications and relevant reports and packs as necessary.
Bonus and Incentives: Design and review of bonus schemes including STIP and LTIPs to ensure that they remain fair, consistent and in line with market. Preparation (Group) and review (GPUK) of RemCom papers.
Other Reward Activity – Work with the Senior Analyst to ensure that process and specialist operational aspects of reward in the UK (such as pay reviews, deferrals, LTIP tracking etc) are delivered in an accurate and timely fashion.
Benefits: Overall accountability for ensuring that all benefits are delivered in a timely, accurate and user-friendly way. Responsible for reviewing policies as necessary to ensure that they remain competitive and of good value to both the business and our people. Escalation point for Benefit issues.
Employee Recognition: Own employee recognition process and platform ensuring employee engagement with the process.
Job Architecture: Work with the HR Operations Director to develop appropriate job profiles and architecture for job roles within the UK. Implement this within the HRIS system and ensure processes in place to maintain this.
Global Mobility: Responsible for maintaining Grosvenor’s Certificate of Sponsorship and relationship with our support providers for global mobility matters and tax advice.
HRIS: Provide oversight and direction of HRIS matters including system roadmap. Accountable for system contract renewals. Ensures analytics and reports are in line with business needs.
Team Leadership: Effective management of two direct reports to deliver team goals providing guidance and direction when required and support members of the team with their development.

Key Requirements

  • Significant experience of benefits, reward and reward business partnering.
  • An effective project manager with experience of planning and managing both reward and benefits review cycles.
  • Experience of developing and managing benefits policies and procedures and of benefits contract management.
  • Experience of preparing reports, documents and papers for Executive and/or Remuneration Committees.
  • Good numerical and analytical skills. Knowledge of tools and systems to produce sophisticated analysis. Able to communicate key messages with clarity and brevity
  • Has experience of job architecture and benchmarking – both job matching and data provision as well as analysis of the results back to the business.
  • Previous experience of Workday or a similar HRIS.
  • People management or team leadership experience.
