JOB SUMMARY
Do you love diving into data, building pay models, and using spreadsheets to explore possibilities and provide solutions? Have you worked on pay and reward initiatives, such as modelling pay awards, costing organisational transformation projects, or job evaluation and benchmarking activities? Are you now looking for the next step to develop your skills on a larger scale? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
We’re looking for a Reward and Benefits Manager to take a key role in shaping the future of pay and benefits at the House of Lords. If you’re excited about designing innovative pay solutions, getting creative with reward strategies, and using data to drive decision-making, we want to hear from you.
IS THIS YOU?
Are you the “numbers person” in your team? When there’s a spreadsheet to be built, does everyone look at you? Then you might be who we’re looking for!
You might have experience working in a housing association, local authority, or small organisation where you’ve played a hands-on role in pay modelling and benefits. You’ll love using spreadsheets and data to solve complex problems, and you are looking to take the next step in your career by moving into a larger organisation where you can grow your skills and make a real impact.
QUALIFICATIONS
- CIPD accreditation or equivalent experience is essential.
- MCIPD or further qualifications in reward would be an advantage, but passion for data and pay modelling is key!
