KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proven experience in working in HR roles of a matrix organisation, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong data analytics and numerical skills.
- Proven experience in managing annual reward and performance review process.
- Proven experience in employment cost budgeting.
- Experience in reward gained in an in-house environment with sound understanding of job evaluation methodology is ideal but not essential.
- Comfortable and experienced working in a fast paced change environment.

Responsibilities:
- As a key member of the Global Reward & Performance team, support the implementation of global job architecture roll out, by working closely with the country HR team to complete role mapping and benchmarking against newly created job family structure.
- Take a key role in the management of the global end of year process for performance and reward. Lead the Workday system preparation to support the end of year process. Support the planning and running of annual reward and performance review. Ensure data accuracy and system readiness for the global annual reward and performance review process for central functions and country leadership teams.
- Support country and central function HRBPs with job grading, job family mapping and compensation governance.
- Working closely with finance and GBS HR team, lead monthly payroll review, employee cost accrual, benefit renewal and UK immigration process for UK headquarter (~120 employees)
- Manage relationship with our chosen immigration consultant to manage end to end process and compliance for BMI UK Sponsorship license.
- Acting on behalf of the Global OD/OE Director, focus on delivering specific workstreams and projects, strategic & confidential in their nature, ensuring that BMI is organisationally capable and effective.
- Delivery of accurate, timely data, insights reports to illustrate business cases and tracking of success eg. FTE, SGA & cost trends.
- Support in Works Council data modeling and presentations impacting people and/or the organisation.
- Support Organizational assessments to build people capabilities on the ‘how’ of the BMI Pyramid.
